Jesus Christ what a rollercoaster of emotions we,ve had over the past 24hrs,The up climb was with out a doubt the Fantastic result and Gold by our women in the Hockey, cracking match they never gave up and to a man to even have the guts determination drive and stamina at the age of 58 to even consider competing in his 7th games is quite remarkable but to go and win Gold its right off the richter scale, brillant by Nick Skelton :D
A well deserved congratulations to our girls in the 4 x 100 metres relay a cracking bronze, and another well deserved congratulations to our super heavy weight boxer Joe Joyce getting a medal which colour we dont know yet,Goodluck
The downs of the night were our boys not getting a medal in the 4 x 100 metres relay :(
A further down was our boys getting disqualified in the 4 x 400 metres relay after what looked to everyone a perfect run :(
Another down drop was our own Lutalo Muhammad losing in the very last second in taekwondo final,"but i dont know why he was so upset at least he got a medal ,,SO MUCH FOR THE SAYING ITS NOT THE WINNING ITS THE COMPETING :s "

Away from us it was business as usual on the track for the yanks and jamaican men and women Cool
The legend was the star of the night as per, just think we will  never see anyone like him again, amazing to have watched him just get better and better :D

All thats left to say his GOODLUCK NICOLA,TOM,JOE AND MO ;)

A great bronze for Bianca Walkden in the taekwondo, well done girl.

Away from us it was quite a Good night on the track to for the Yanks men and women winning quite alot more Golds . Cool
The most undeserved Gold on the track went to Semenya in 800 metres ,she shouldnt have been allowed to run doesnt matter what,s going on behind the scenes, she clearly has an unfair advantage over all the other girls :@
A GREAT OLYMPICS ON THE TRACK AND FIELD FOR ALL OUR MEN AND WOMEN

The best result of the night and most celebrated Gold of the whole games went to what all Brazil wanted and 95 per cent of the whole wanted was of course in the football, they got their revenge :D

GOODLUCK TO JOE JOYCE IN THE BOXING TONIGHT 7.15

Great performance by King Mo and Queen Nicola retaining the gold medal consecutively.

Bom Dia for Brasil in football getting redemption against the Germans in a dramatic penalty climax with Neymar scoring the winning goal, something straight out of a Hollywood film. :D

It was a load of bollocks the Joyce decision was, he was connecting with a lot of scoring punches, yes the French guy was making some classy counters but they were single shots. I had Joyce connecting with 3 times as many clean punches over the three rounds but clearly the judges saw something we didn't Jack I guess

Can't wait to see what Tokyo 2020 brings based on the hilariously random entrance of the Japanese PM at the closing ceremony, no doubt it will be futuristic, innovative and a bit bonkers. Hopefully Athletics will find a new marquee star to replace Usain Bolt in time for Tokyo
