Amazing how well we are doing, we are on our way to being the first nation to surpass their medal tally after being the host the previous year. As for Semenya i'll read that later and come back to it as something is definitely up with her -

Gaitlin being booed made my day on Monday, well deserved for the cheat. The achievements of Team GB's cyclists in the Velodrome have been remarkable and shame on those competitors making absurd and factually incorrect statements about their World Championships performances. Kenny deserves so much credit for his 6 golds, it's a shame the media spent more time praising Wiggins than Kenny these last two Olympics, Kenny is a grump at times but at least he's genuine and not trying to be something he isn't -

They also booed the french pole vaulter Lavilane which actually caused him to cry and be consoled by Da Silver the Brazilian who won it with a new record, but I don't know why though he was booed. The other teams have to realise in cycling the British team have a 4 year training cycle where everything is geared to being in peak shape for Olympics that's why the other countries beat them in the worlds. -

so we have the final in the football all Brazil wanted,to get revenge for that humiliation a few years back.
Congratulations to our Hockey girls reaching the final,a great performance.
The legend took it easy in the 200metres semi,it was a stroll for him he even had time to have banter with the Canadian.
In the Womens 8OO metres controversial Semenya cruised home, she shouldnt even be there, what a farce it is.
King Mo gave us all a scare by tripping on the last lap but he got to line to qualify for the final, late saturday night.
A quite remarkable night for the yanks on the track, they took all the medal positions in the 100 metre hurdles, great runs by all a special mention and just unlucky for our sisters in the same race Cindy Ofili and Tiffany Porter they tried their best but the yanks were just to good.
The most unlucky Athlete of the night must go to the Puerto Rican in the semi final in the above race,Jasmine Quinn at just 19 gave the run of the her life up until the latter stages she was going to take the heat but she just gave it just to much between the hurdles and clipped 2 hurdles badly and her dreams were in shatters so unfair life sometimes.
We have got a new speed Queen in the shape of the Jamaican Elaine Thompson she took the 100 and 200 metres Gold quite remarkable really how she done that and Usain could do the same for the same country.
I NEARLY FORGOT THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE WHOLE NIGHT
GATLIN MISSED OUT ON QUALIFICATION FOR THE 2OO METRES FINAL :D -

A marvellous last 24 hours for us, :D
Fantastic excellent wins and Golds for our women sailors Hannah Mills and Saskia Clark and for Brothers Alistair and Jonny Brownlee in the triathlon and to Jade Jones in the taekwondo,JUST PURE CLASS ALL OF THEM :D And a excellent Silver on the lake for our kayak doube team Liam Heath and Jon Schofield :D A great Bronze to for our men in the Badminton doubles Marcus Ellis and Chris langridge our 1st medal ever in the Badminton .
Away from us a quite remarkable win for a Chinese girl in the pool on the 10 metre platform cos she is only 15,damn
A great Gold for the yanks in the 400 metres hurdles by Dalilah Muhammed . Also in the tiring Decathlon by Aston Eaton.
The star of the night was of course Lightning,he cruised home for his 8TH Gold,He said that will be his last 200 metres in competition
"Thank fuck for that" sigh all the others :P but what a true legend he is.
The most unluckiest athlete on the night was our own Adam Gemili in that same 200,what a run by him but lost out on a medal by 1000th of a second :(
Good luck to the rest of our team next to compete -
