There seems to be a bit of a dong theme going on today. First the willy-shaped fish and now this new squat machine that looks utterly ridiculous.



The 'Squat Magic' device can only be purchased from the home shopping channel, which as you all know is the retailer of all useless and pointless items, and this one is right up there with the most pointless of all. The video shows a woman struggling to even do one unweighted squat. She can't stop falling over and her knees keep buckling under the strain of that painful squat. Then as if by magic, she tried the new 'squat Magic' machine and hey presto. She's now a squatting expert. Take a look:



Now I'm all for people trying to improve their form, but this is bloody ridiculous. When will people learn that they don't need gimmicky products to achieve the body they want.

Sadly my parents basement is rather dank and windowless so my stone throwing tends to hit it's target rather effectively, problem is our hovel looks like the shack Jason Voorhees keeps his mothers head and jumper so no extensive glazing just a couple of standard windows to let a tiny bit of light in! Hence the lack of vitamin D!

Haha..Home shopping strikes again. What a pointless piece of crap. Ive got crepatis in my right knee and id sooner put up with the associated aching after a squat heavy workout doing squats as intended rather than using this.
