well i don't have a submit button showing for me either, and all i have to do is type my message and press the enter key and it posts.
also i wasn't picking you up on anything, all i did was ask, politely if you could possibly post in a normal size font. and what you wanted compensation for.
now you said the compensation was a joke, which is fair enough, but how was i supposed to know that when it was at the end of a post in which you were obviously a bit angry, with no way of showing it was ment to be a joke. as i said i don't think i've said anything out of order and in fact have tried to be quite polite to you. -

ok fair enough...course it was a joke do you think im naive enough to think im entitled to anything,,im just gutted that guys on here are enjoying it while others cant ,, why didn,t they just close the livebox down for every one do the maintenance and hey presto simple...o yes i,ve tried that and still no joy...

i agree it doesn't seem fair and as i said i understand why you'd be annoyed by it, all my point was is that posting in massive fonts or posting lots about it won't help it get fixed any faster for you mate.
also i wouldn't of thought you would think you deserved compensation, if it wasn't for the fact there's a lot of people on here who do seem to think they are entitled to things like that.

ok mate,,everything is kool for you,,which is good,,im gutted ,,anyway the large fonts have there purpose sometimes...

I have never seen the original lay out so havenothing to compare it with . I like the screen and the nice clear buttons to change channel but I am really having problems with the credit card window after log in. Some times it logs in fine displays my pin and my credit and I am all ready to go to make some calls but the last two days I have had real problems with it not loading and no amount of fiddling (cleaing using CC , changing browser ) was able to get the box loaded . This is really frustratiing ans in two cases i wanted to make calls and could not becuse i did not have the details I needed. If this is a bug then i think it needs looking at urgently as it is preventing the site form getting support and business . -

Think I've sorted most of peoples issues.
Never noticed the submit button problem, apologies, but pressing [ENTER] should work, and I'll get the submit button back.
There are also Support sections in the bottom of this forum, and a VIP Express support section for VIPs.
You can also contact me for support via PM, but I do not check these as often as I check the support threads.
If you structure your support request well enough, including screenshots, I can help you easily and swiftly.
You can find a good guide on this here.
Unfortunately, improving this site and working on new features takes up most of my time, so with the little time I have, I am more likely to help the person whose support thread has images, and a good detailed guide on what went wrong, and all the browsers and accounts he tested on, rather than the guy who posts 'IT NO WORKIE, ME MAD! :@", as I have more than likely already guessed what the first guys problem is already.

I like the new layouts but when I'm using my iPhone and click on the stream it doesn't want to Play and just keeps freezing is this a technical glitch that will be rePaired or will I lose the stream on the iPhone is anyone else having problems with the iPhone streams -

works fine on my iPhone, if you're having problems why not follow dVIOUS's advice and make a post in the support section with some screenshots and more information about the problem/your personal situation i.e what firmware you're using, which iPhone etc... and i'm sure he'll get back to you soon
