  I dont think Amy has that power as I think she would have definately used it the other evening.  I think that the management should take immediate steps to prevent this happening in the future  None of the girls should be subjected to that sort of abuse I felt so upset and sorry for her

  This is a bit of a mystery, since when I was muted Nana was on, and I was saying only nice things...so why would the management mute me? I know that Nana has been turned against me, so it didn't surprise me. Who could have done it if not Nana? I don't think they have producers in the studio any more. Who knows?

  To be honest derry I'm wondering if they have any management at all!!!  The way its  going you would think they were all on strike I see people like devious - fantasticMR  and a few others about who seem to deal with the day to day administration But no manager around to get hold of who could help us with all our concerns Why do they all hide away???

  Tony, don't confuse the admin on here with those who may be connected to the channel. This website merely hosts the streams and has some sort of business arrangement with Babestation to do so. They deal with the admin of this website but have no say on how channels are run by Babestation.
  
  Mr P seems to be the only visible person who we can converse with about the channels themselves and he does not work for this website. He appears on the official website chat room from time to time and UK girls say things like Mr P won't let me do that. He clearly though is in the UK and in the studio for at least some of the time. Thailand is something he seems not get involved in publicly but Amy clearly sees him as her contact to help with issues.
  
  Other than that, as to the situation on who controls what and who makes decisions good or bad, we are none the wiser. Hence why we tend to rant on here out of frustration but get nowhere.
  
  Derryman has emailed Babestation a few times but seems to have been fobbed off with hints of vague improvements that never seem to happen.

  I suppose all things considered as long as theres a show going on - money is coming in - bills are paid  What more do they want ??? Well thats it - as long as that is happening I suppose nothing much is going to change

  If a business is complacent and never tries to improve, it will suffer in the long run. If less money is coming in but bills are paid, is that good enough? Unhappy girls are complaining and then when these complaints are ignored, are leaving. They do struggle to attract new girls who have all the necessary attributes to be a success, so keeping the good ones you have is imperative. You do not need to be a business analyst from an expensive consultancy to see that positive changes are needed. If they can be done at little or no cost, even better. Moving their shifts 1 hour forward is all that is needed to transform the shows at virtually no extra cost.

  Apparently the S66 girls are starting to leave because their management are trying to get a cut of their only fans pages. Goes to show that with bad management then people will leave their jobs. I’ve done it on building sites a lot.

  Bucket I read in another thread although you still have rest and stay off work you are getting better which is great Hilary has spotted your story and is making a big thing out of it just take no notice

  I have read you comments about business duke and entirely agree with you I just cant get to grips with the way thai chat is run it could with small effort be so much more and make so much more to the benefit of the girls, the veiwers and the owners as has been pointed out so many times  Whats wrong with them???

  Yeah I saw his comments....No idea or care who he is. You always know it’s gonna be negative though. I just like the fact the conversation carries on as if his comments weren’t there.
