  Just a question to everyone! Who watches movies online and who watches it in Cinema? Cause i know that websites which you can watch movies on are increasingly been declining since the top broadband providers are hunting them down and blocking them which really grinds my gears! But i also dont mind going to the cinemas to watch, its just effort to go out and watch a movie though -_-

  I love going to the cinema and lets be honest you cannot compare a dodgy 700mb downloaded film to an amazing print on a good quality cinema screen, the problem for me lies in the greedy bastard cinema companies that rip the pish, me n the missus went to see the last Xmen, 1 drink couple of snacks and 2 tickets....£30 fecking quid.

  I like the cinema, great for watching movies (shocking right?) - but my god is it over priced to fuck!

  To me it depends on the kinda film and how much I want to see it. There are certain films that you have to see in cinema and aren't the same on computer or tv.

  Much prefer the cinema to online, the best format, even though people can be very annoying in cinemas (Annoying talking through the whole bloody film, happened recently when i watched Godzilla). I've always much preferred a Blu-ray or dvd to online as well.

  I love going to the cinema but it has to be the right cinema. Odeons have become a place for a load of fuckwits to hang out and bowl between theaters, making noise, texting, knocking your fucking chair and the ticket price is high. I don't mind a high price ticket if you are with an audience that is there to watch the film and enjoy it, not use it as a place to make the rest of us support sterilisation for the majority of the UK.
  
  Fortunately I have found the chain 'Everyman' cinemas which fulfills all of my wishes for a cinema going. They have sofas not chairs and each sofa has a small wooden table at the front of the arm where they serve your wine, beer, artisan pizza and a plethora of other good things to enjoy whilst you put your feet up on the rest in front of you that is plenty clear of the surrounding chairs so nobody is ever disturbing you. The crowd from all of my experiences there has been that these people want to enjoy the film and not waste what they've spent on a ticket.
  
  I know this sounds a touch like snobbery but when you bare in mind that the ticket is only about £2 more than your Odeon then which experience would you rather have for your money?

  I'd prefer to watch all films in cinema, but with the cost now the average films just ain't worth paying for now and there's only so many times I wanna go cinema. i only watch films online if they're dvd quality and connect my laptop to tv.

  is this post from 2002 or something lol, you don't need to suffer 700mb downloads anymore, can get much better quality in this decade lol
  
  but seriously tho i do agree cinema is generally better, but hey you can't go see them all in the cinema and something like a quiter movie with no crazy effects sometimes nice to watch at home imo...

  Yeah I'm with you on this one timm, you can't see everything in cinema unless you have a ton spare time, plus not every film is worth the trip and cost are still fun to watch at home.

  when i see a trailer to a movie like pacific rim ,im going to the cinema to see that but if its not looking as good as that ima probably just download it ,all the sites that let me watch movies online my virgin media block it
