Jose Mourinho sacked as Chelsea manager
Chelsea have sacked manager Jose Mourinho seven months after he led them to the Premier League title.
The 52-year-old Portuguese had been in his second spell at the club, taking charge in June 2013.

He will find a new club soon enough. One more club management position for him and then probably go on to be the Portugal coach.
I seriously think Chelsea are gonna grab Pep Guardiola. -

Well, the Chelsea board have wielded the axe on Jose!
Don't get me wrong - I'm loving the decision to sack him! However, I think they could well regret it, in the long run.
He did create a rod for his own back though - treatment of Dr Eva Carneiro and the Physio, constant moaning, blaming officials, so-called conspiracy theories against his team, rumours of fall-outs with players/losing the dressing room, boardroom tension etc etc. So, there are enough reasons to get rid of him IMHO.
However, the flip side of the coin - who's gonna come in, sort out the current mess - a big mess - and get them right up there again, next season? Forget Top 4 or even Top 7 this season, unless they win 18 or more of their remaining 22 league matches, to stand any chance, which I don't think they will do.
I don't think Pep will be going to Chelsea. I will go for Real Madrid. I think Rafa will be given the boot, if he fails to win the league or Champions League, and Guardiola will take over.
If not Real Madrid, then I still don't think Chelsea, but one of the Manchester clubs.
However, Jose gone. He'll soon be back in work, a top job. -

Thing is, if he had lost the dressing room (which you'd have to say looks likely) there's not really any coming back from that, and no point letting things drag on any longer.
Performances and results will improve with whoever they bring in to replace him (probs Hiddink til the end of the season) and while it's too late to save the league season they're still in the Champions League, and that squad, in the right frame of mind, has got a chance. -

He'd apparently lost Hazard anyway?, who supposedly feigned an injury in the 31st min of the match vs Bournemouth

Only really this season, and you could say the same about the majority of the squad.
I think it's just a case of Mourinho and his methods wearing after a certain amount of time. He's never lasted more than 3 years in a job, and as we saw at Real and during his first spell at Chelsea, things tend to turn a bit sour towards the end.
