  Pay as you play is a great idea, look at a player like Wayne Rooney?, earning £300 grand a week & he's been almost a passenger for a vast majority of Manchester United matches recently

  
  ha,pay as you play,,great idea in theory but in practise that would mean three quarters of the premiership players would get about 40p each ;)

  Now Bayern Munich have announced Carlo Ancelotti for next season, that's one less top club for Jose Mourinho! I think looking around at the best clubs in Europe, most have very good managers. The only teams I can see that would take Mourinho's ass this season, would be Manchester Utd or Real Madrid. Even those teams are not about to drop their respective managers just yet. So, it looks likes Mourinho will be warming benches with his ass for a while and with his P45 still stuck right up it! The Special One, my ass!

  Well I dont know what manager would like to manage us now, theres like zero job security lol. As soon as things start going bad in the slightest the manager gets the blame and gets sacked wtf. another manager would have gotten the boot earlier but i guess Roman wanted it to work with Jose but once he got towards the relegation zone it was game over

  Jose Mourinho at Man Utd I think would be very interesting! He doesn't seem to have many options on the continent, except a return to Real Madrid. But even that don't look likely anytime soon. I think he'd do well at Man Utd actually. They do have a lot of cash to spend and I think he would make good buying decisions unlike Louis Van Gaal. The only problem is when is Van Gaal going, or is he going? If Man Utd are going to change managers, then I think they should do it before the next transfer window before Van Gaal pisses away more money!
  
  I think Jose Mourinho would be a good long term investment, unlike Van Gaal who will soon be retiring :)
