I do quite like the rpg aspect in games like fallout, but don't see the point in playing a game like that, which are entirely online with no story you can play through on your own.

i too always think of south park. as i mentioned, literally the only reason i even once owned a copy of wow was because my old boss was massively into it and pretty much forced me to buy a copy, it was only about a tenner so i din't mind.
but even though i never played, we all started going down the pub a lot after work and strangely he didn't play as much WOW himself from then on.
