  he is good enough to manage swansea, give him time as long as he doesn't give up he can go on to be a great manager somewhere else in a few years

  Can't argue with his first season there, but their form since winning the cup has been pretty terrible.
  
  Too laid back, doesn't do enough to motivate the players...

  Whilst it may or may not have been better to keep him until the end of the season, the chairman obviously felt that this level of uncertainty was a hindrance, and it would be better for all involved to move forward ASAP.

  Micheal Laudrup started off very well in his first season which as a manger was hard to believe Micheal would do that well. This season i think the team has let of some gas by losing michu and not having resluts going their way. hopefully his next management will be a successful one wherver he goes.
