  Maybe it was Louis Van Gaal who persuaded him to Join Man Utd with his philosophy.. and the fact he would never have to play in the reserves. He might not even be suited to the pace of the Premier League though. For English footballs sake i kinda hope he is suited to the Prem.
  Been wanting to see Schweinsteiger in this country for a long long time.
  Couldve been worse though.. he couldve joined Liverpool :D

  If Bastian Schweinsteiger say, that Man Utd is bigger as Bayern, then i must say respect. Bayern always think the are the middle of the World... :D

  Man Utd are a much bigger club than Spurs and can easily spend alot more due to their success over the years. So its expected that Man Utd would be better than Spurs.. and the fans know it too =]
  Van Gaals team might be decent this coming season, see what happens i guess.
  Man Utd arent bigger than Bayern in my opinion, at least not recently. But Bayern play in a shittier league.. soooooo :D

  We start our pre season against Club America tonight/tomorrow at 4AM. LvG said a few weeks ago that for the first few games most players will only get 45 minutes so expect a lot of changes!

  Anyway, we won 1-0 last night thanks to a Schneiderlin header in the first 5 mins. I saw the first 10 minutes but then fell asleep! Bloody 4AM kick offs! This is how we lined up:
  
  1st half:
  .............Johnstone
  Darmian..Jones..Blind..Shaw
  Mata..Carrick..Schneiderlin..Young
  ........Memphis..Rooney
  
  2nd half:
  .................Lindegaard
  ..McNair..Smalling..Evans..Blackett
  Lingard..Schweini..Herrera..Pereira
  .............Januzaj..Wilson
  
  From what I saw in the time I was awake it was a very dynamic 4-4-2 which was a surprise to me as I was expecting the typical LvG 4-3-3

  To be honest, i know its rotating and that, the first half seemed to be close to what he'd be lining up in a match, HOPEFULLY bar blind at the back....weird, but for some reason it looks very weak to me. I think i was hoping for a 4-3-3 aswell. Didn't catch any of it, and wont' catch of them at 4. but hmmmm slightly worrying, don't know why really. Need a cb

  It definitely looks much better, but get shot of young, get a new cb, and personally i think i'd prefer mata to be in behind running i think he'd make the right kinda runs there. Maybe the idea is feillaini in there with mata and memphis either side? Ahh Can't to see them in action
