  You joke but loads of our fans are actually reacting badly to this news because they seem to think it means de Gea's gone! Honestly, all this means is Lindegaard's off. "But Valdes is too good to just sit on the bench!" my fellow fans say. Well, you could say the same for Cech, or Reina, or whichever one of Ter Stegan or Bravo gets benched for Barca etc etc.

  Oh yeah definitely, I am quite surprised it has taken this long in fairness but i'm not worried. I will be if he hasn't signed one by June mind...

  In other, sadder news, Michael Keane has gone to Burnley for around £2m. A real shame that, surely this means we have a defender lined up for this to have been sanctioned though?

  Will be interesting to see the line up for Cambridge on Friday. I'd like to see something like:

  Lower league teams always raise their games against bigger sides so a mix of youth and experience as above would be best. About time Pereira got a start too
