Ok so alot of people anticipating this match, including myself. Probably the biggest football fixture this season to be honest...

I think it will end up a draw on Wednesday night. Would be brilliant to see Ronaldo score!

So what's everyones predictions and thoughts on the two games?

even as a ManUtd fan i think we might lose,

although if ManUtd watched the Dortmund vs Madrid games which im sure they did they will have learnt to cut off the supply to Ronaldo, by Man Marking Xabi Alonso forcing Pepe the hold the ball longer than he should resulting in errors.

I am also a man utd fan and can't wait till this fixture
I reckon it's going to be 1-1 tonight. Ronaldo will score and I do want him to score got the utmost respect for him and for man utd Wayne Rooney or Robin Van Persie will score
Overall no matter the score the game will be an absolute cracker

im a neutral in this i dont support either team but i think united have got to prove something and so does ronaldo. i believe its going to be a close match between the 2 sides dont see many goals init so maybe 1-1 or 2-1 united scrapping a winner in the last 10 mins with hernadez but i agree no matter what the score this game is going to be one of the best games of the season hopefully

i always find big games tend to be a big let down, i hope its not, im off to embrace the game to watch the game in the pub. i think for ManUtd just getting the away goal will be key,

ManUtd defensively is a massive worry, leaking goals all season, there will be goals in this game.

You almost had that prediction spot on. Hope you had a few quid on the double on 1-1 and Ronaldo to score.

I think its a great result for utd. They would be favourites now but I think Madrid wil score at Old Trafford. Its obvious Jose wants out and the playes have little time for him.

it was a decent game tbh i think united should of won when van persi struck the post and then had another chance a moment later but united have that away goal advantage so when it comes to the second leg united have got to be more tighter in defence. i though de gea had a good match although he did look a little bit shakey at times so he still has got some work to do but he will be a beast in a season or 2 time cause he has the talent. i look forward to watching the second leg

Van Persie's almost goal was similar to what he did for Arsenal when he should of drilled it instead he went to chip it, last nights game was a massive thrill, Real Madrid had ManUtd defending as if they were Stoke for a majority of the time in that match, and i would assume this will be the case at Old Trafford.
