It's just that the top 5/6 or whatever have pulled away even more, which means there's less points to go around.

And because of the sheer amount of money in the league now, a team like Huddersfield can come up, spend £50m like it's nothing, take points off the traditional mid-table sides and hold their own. Even 5 years ago it'd have been a £15m outlay and 25 point season at best.

So yeah, the top end of the table has distorted it, but I think it mostly comes down to the rest of the league being so evenly matched.
Yes ok.But the players down below are just hoping they are transferred to a bigger club no loyalty like years ago.
Man city buying an average player never they go looking and spoiling other teams progression like they did with Walker,Stones and Sterling. My point being is the top five shouldn't be allowed to buy for three seasons but the others can buy who they like.Im not crying about Man City but for pundits like Alan Shearer to say its the time they can dominate football here.HOW EXCITING IS THAT. Dodgy

Why are they letting women play against ladies?

They should all just stick to their own leagues imo.

We all enjoyed a bit of Tubes, didn't we?  Back in the mid-noughties, before the schtick started to wear a bit thin; great laughs.

It's now 2019.  He's still at it.  Soccer AM remains in existence.  Here's an interview with Pep Guardiola.  Tubes is asking the questions.

Ooh Pep, what's the worst bit about being Man City manager?

Ooh Pep, isn't that song about you brilliant?

Look, the guy's basically a philosopher (behold the jumper) and this line of questioning is intellectually defunct.  Time spent on contractually-obligated puff pieces, when he could instead be coming up with fancy new ways to revolutionise football again, is time wasted.

    Sky are killing the game!

Emphatic win on the weekend where Kevin De Bryuna showed us the class he possesses. Ever since Jose sold him ( a decision which I still hate) he's done nothing but shine and prove what a powerhouse he is in the centre of the field.
