She announced it on her twitter then pretended to be mad that it got reported in the evil British press. Then some rants complaining of how the media is ignoring her. -

On balance, reckon we're all better off ignoring her.
You're out of line mate, she's a national treasure. We need someone open and honest who isn't afraid to speak their mind. My aunt needed Ketamine for her illness and it's no laughing matter. I only wish I was there to help Katie at the time. -

I'll bet they've blown the odd passing comment way out of proportion. If I know Katie and I think I do she'd have been giving a very astute political commentary. It just seems like the media and now Africa are out to get her.
