RE: Justice League - Final Trailer

Well, went to see 'Justice League' earlier today. My verdict : can see why the critics are so divided over the film as whillst theres a lot to like about the film, theres just as many gripes. Personally, i enjoyed iit more than 'BvS' mainly because the pace rarel;y lets up and in BvS it took half the film for things to properly get going. That said i found it to be inferior to 'Man of Steel'. For me, the attempt to light hearten things is a massive mistake. We want our superhero movies with comical bater and fluff, we go Marvel. We want Grit and a darker tone, we go DC. The film is certainly flawed. For one, the running time..the whole thing feels so rushed. Theres little development, thingsjust seem to occur with little or no build. The new character introductions are frankly to short, pretty half arsed infact. I had my missgivings about this version of 'The Flash' being little more than a poor attempt at comic relief..sadly i was right..his material is unfunny and his persona in this is just annoying. Ben Afflecks BBatman did a pretty reputable job in 'BvS' whereas in this he looks less intimidating, more constipated (perhaps a result of one too manny cheesy one liners in this haha). Supposedly a llot more footage was shot and when Whedon took over a lot was cut from the film. Whilst i understand that Snyder could not continue, im of the ilk that this does feel like a little bit of a mess in places, not really deciding what it wants to be. There are rumours that a petition has been started to, once the film comes out on home release, for all excluded material to be re-included presumably bringing the film closer to Snyders original vision..im heading to said petition next t put my mark on it. All this critiscism aside, despite a very lacklustre finale the film moves at a brisk pace and very rarely lets up, there are a few decent action set pieces..thats about all ive got.
