  same here but gilbert is super tough pettis could get caught,but then again i never seen pettis get knocked outor even dropped in a fight,he does all the dropping and knocking out

  if he can't knock gildbert out then gilbert is super durable and he can last a long time. if he can tie up pettis and not get submitted then he could smother him for 5 rounds or even finish him somehow so i don't think it'll be too easy for pettis. if it is, i'd put him very very close to top of P4P list cuz beating gilbert in dominant fashion is no joke

  ye beating gilbert is a good win for anyone,some would say that gilbert is still undefeated i bet u would say that wouldnt ya ? remember teh sanchez fight tho,gilbert got hit with some bigggg shots,if that was pettis ohhh boy

  yea but pettis won't hit him in exactly the way diego hit him. diego caught him by surprise. gilbert was getting the better of diego in that fight and was just gradually patiently landing his stuff. then diego just bit down on his mouthpiece and forced himself forward. pettis won't do that. if he catches gilbert, it won't be charging forward like sanchez, it'll be through technique...

  ye it will be through technique but im just saying gilbert gets caught alot in his fights and pettis doesnt and thas the difference for me in this fight,brutal head kick ko from pettis

  yea i'm pretty sure pettis couldn't afford to get hit as much - he's a smaller lightweight that the other guys in the division - he was thinking of dropping to fight jose aldo even, i don't think the other top lightweights could do that. but yea we'll see i'm looking forward to that fight

  i wish they did that catch weight fight between pettis and aldo would of been a good fight,id be even more interested now after seeing aldo vs mendez 2

  a fight with connor mcgreggor and anthony pettis would be a sick fight to and connor is more 155 then he is 145,he had both 145 and 155 belts at same time
