I personally can't stand Jezza and his scum infested TV show but I found this story pretty hilarious.



As some of you may be aware, Jezza recently divorced his wife and tuned his attention to his kids' former nanny (how cliche). Not being short of a bob or two, Jezza decided to whisk his new lady away for a romantic break to Barbados. You'd think with it being a fairly new relationship he'd be pulling out all the stops but not Jezza. Being the skinflint he is, he decides to book himself a first class plane ticket while leaving his girlfriend sitting in economy by herself. What a tight git!



A fellow BA passenger saw Jeremy and his girlfriend on the same flight. Here's what he had to say:

We were about to fly back from Barbados in business class.
I was reading the paper and there was the story about Jeremy and his new girlfriend.
As I looked up I saw him on the flight chatting to the girlfriend.
He got her settled into her seat and then he went to first class and she stayed there. She was on her own for the whole flight.
He didn’t go back to see her for the eight hours that’s why I noticed it.
I thought at the time it seemed a bit tight.
It was definitely them – it was really odd.
It was about £3,000 a seat where we were sitting and I think first class was £9,000.

Nice one Jezza, way to make people hate you even more.

If the thoroughly underwhelming long weekend I endured at Oxfam last summer is anything to go by, I'd wager it was anything but romantic.
