  how would that be a good idea, it's there because as you said, it's a legal requirement, if it was possible to skip it there wouldn't be any point in having it at all, would there. plus in being able to skip it, they would open themselves up to all kinds of law suits etc...

  Well if you are registered on there and are using your free minutes or topup minutes then it takes less than a minute eapecially if you do that option to remember you when you call from that number

  Yeah if you get it to remember it is really quick, the only time you really end up waiting is if you call when the line is clearly busy or someone just rings a second ahead of you then you end up having to wait for them to end the call.
