  Unless you've been living under a rock you will doubt have seen the epic Game of Thrones episode where Jon Snow battles Ramsay Bolton. It's been brewing for ages and I couldn't wait to see Ramsay get his ass handed to him, creepy little cunt. Anyway, it was a fucking insane scene and it got me thinking - how the fuck do they even begin to film such an epic scene like that?!? Well, here's exactly how they do it.
