GUY GETS DUMPED FOR BEING FAT; GETS SHREDDED AND LANDS NEW MODEL GIRLFRIEND

Miro Judt was left sobbing into his XL pizza after his girlfriend dumped him for being a fat bastard. Yeah it's pretty shitty but if he was slim when they met he can hardly expect her to fancy him when he started piling on the weight. My partner and I said that if we just let ourselves go we can't just expect the other person the fancy us anymore. Make some fucking effort people.

Anyhoo, it turns out that by Miro's ex bird calling him a fattie, it actually gave him the kick up the ass he needed to transform himself. Miro started by swapping his daily diet of fizzy drinks, take aways and chocolate with fish, chicken, egg whites and protein shakes. He also started training like an absolute beast that included two cardio workouts a day plus weight training. It took less than a year for Miro to lose nearly 7 stones and put on a fuck tonne of muscle. Not bad dude.



As well as getting ripped, Miro also managed to bag himself a fit model girlfriend named Victoria and also secure a job with Predator Nutrition.
