  Up there with questions like 'Whats the meaning of life?', along side it theres bound to be 'Given te amount of absolute bollocks that channel 5 shows, given that no one really owns up to watyching the crap, how is the channel still both alive and able to continue justifiably churning out the crap it does'? It really does baffle. Cann only imagine the oik's that are in charge of pragramming at channel 5..have to call their intelligence into question. Jesslloydfan, hows about me and you apply to join 5's programming content department..show the clueless how its done and all tht?

  Looks like I am resorting to a link sent to me that has all 3 seasons available and start from the pilot and watch one episode at a time! Will take a little while but hey it is free and will still get to the end of season 3 before it is shown over here the way it is going. And then will write to channel 5 and tell them how shit they are to not show Gotham yet!

  Heres an interesting factoid. Have just checked on amazon on the off chance and according to them the series 3 dvd set is scheduled for release, in the uk, on the 28th august 2017. Beginning to look as though, despite channel 5's claims that the show will return this year, looks as though they are full of shit. At the same time kinda careless of the guys and girls who own the show to allow the show simply not to air, presumably anywhere outside the states. If channel 5 ant pull their head out, the rights to air should be offered up to a channel that can actually be arsed to air it.

  It is absolutely ridiculous, they air shit like Big Brother, dating show's etc., so why not this?
  I am/was a fan of the show, as it did not take itself too seriously either.

  Theres just so much to like about the show isnt there, madpolac683. This makes it doubly baffling why its getting treated in such a shocking fashion. Some of the greastest shows on tv in my opinion and they are either being treated like crap by channel 5, as is the case with Gotham and/or getting relegated to little known sister channels, as is the case with 'Person of Interest' and 'Wentworth' (in the case of Wentworth, channel 5 also feels the need to show edited versions of the episodes). All this in favour of the bolloocks they show day in day out on the main channel. Really would be curious to hear what the execs at 5 hq have to say about their reasoning behind these descisions..am laughing to myself just imagining the piss poor excuses they would come out with.

  After season 1 part 1 ended for it's break we had to wait 6-7 month's till part 2, when that ended it was about a year for season 2, thus the process was repeated. But season 3 seem's to me as it will not happen.

  Just seen that Gotham Season 4 has a starting date of 21 September in the US so Channel 5 have Celebrity Big Brother starting Tuesday so that basically tells you that Season 3 isn't starting yet on there! So I think we might as well write it off unless they will run season 3 and season 4 in one long stretch just in case season 5 gets commissioned over the pond. I will keep plodding away on watching Season's 1, 2 and 3 on my laptop unless I find something better to do!

  Ah, celeb bg brother..oh goody, more quality programming channel 5 lol. Looks like its gonna be a case of streaming or downloading Gotham from here on in..assuming 5 does pull its finger out (unlikely), not willing to wait for the whole of season 3 to run and wait for season 4 to start just to do things all legit like. Atleast channel 5 is doing its bit to support torrenting and streaming on the dodge actually, perhaps the reason its willing to screw the masses over).

  The silence on when they are going to actually show it speaks volumes. I've even noticed on twitter people asking and not even a vague reply of when it will be shown, think they are hoping people will give up and stop asking. And honestly is anyone surprised by Channel 5? Can anyone name a single scripted drama, from the US in particular, that they actually show (hell anything scripted at all).

  There was 'Person of Interest' Jesslloydfan but even that juggernaut of a show was relegated to 5usa, 5star or some ahit like that. Same could be said for the snoozefest that was the resurected 'Dallas'. That lasted all of 2 and a half seconds on the main channel only to be relegated as well. Thinking other side of the planet, the almighty 'Wenworth'. Popularity nevr waining, massive fanbase and yet its been relegated and edited for a sister channel. Gotham appear to aspire to be relegated to a sister channel, poor show cant even get airtime over here. Channel 5..punch yourselves in the face..you're completely useless.
