Every now and then the internet will throw up a story that is so fucking sickening and bizarre that you think it's fake. I sincerely hope this is fake, although something tells me this poor cow actually had had to endure this mortifying experience.

Here is a bit of backstory: A girl gets a weird looking rash after a guy splooges on her face and chest and goes to the Dr to get it checked. This is the shit storm that ensues. Fuck me!
