GAME OF THRONES 'TIME' MAGAZINE SHOOT IS BREATHTAKING!

You're about to see the Game of Thrones cast as you've never seen them before.



World renowned photographer Miles Aldridge recently photographed Cersei Lannister, Arya Stark, Daenerys Targaryen, and other Game of Thrones characters in his own unique way, and the shots look incredible. The shoot was for Time Magazine and Miles wanted to go for a style reminiscent of Hollywood movies from the 1940s-1960s. He said:

When thinking of how to photograph each individual I wanted to acknowledge influences of themes in the show while capturing the traits of their own unique characters.
The vivid color narrative in each [photo] brings the viewers into the world I have created for these actors while the careful placement and selection of each prop brings to life the mystical, dark world of The Game of Thrones

I can't begin to tell you how much I hate this shoot. It seems very contrived and the colours are awful. Everyone else gets a portrait shot while poor old Dinklage has to go full body just in case we didn't know he was a small person.
