  i know you have to have 140+ characters
  but how do you spend your free points? how do they know its you phoning in?

  seriously, can people not use the search feature, or even just use their eyes!?!?
  
  there's already a thread that explains how to use the points you gain and if you still don't understand then that would be the place to post your question. sorry if i sound harsh but i'm getting fed up with the many, many duplicate threads popping up that could all easily be avoided

  I wonder what happens when you ring and run out of points? Will it start billing you or end the current call?

  sorry if i was a bit harsh but it does get frustrating the number of people who create a new thread for something that's already been answered many many times and would've been resolved if they had done a search first.
  
  if you run out of points when you're calling in then one of two things will happen depending on if you have a card registered to your account or not, if you do have a card linked with your account then it will simply start charging your card, however if you don't have a card linked the call will just end, or at least that's my understanding of the matter
