  Have been avoiding Formula 1 while Red Bull and finger boy have been so dominant but decided to give this season a view. Is it only me or does it seem that any time Lewis Hamilton looks like getting close to Nico that hsi car mysteriously breaks . Lewis looks like the quicker driver but I get the feeling the team being German want a German driver to win .

  Yeah I agree, it's a bit strange but I guess it's just a coincidence. I really think lewis is the better driver. I also have have high hopes for ricciardo, this season ;)

  I think Hamilton is more skilled than rosberg, but maybe not a better driver as his temperament is suspect when things aren't going well. He'd be well ahead without all the mishaps. To me alonso is by far the best.

  I haven't actually really watched any of this season, got a bit bored when Vettel was absolutely dominating and gave up. Looks like it's a shoot out between the two mercedes, clearly the best car in the field.

  This season has had some amazing races already, some of the best in last ten years. Mercedes clearly have best car and will be 1 and 2 for sure, but it note been the same as when red bull dominated, much more exciting.
