  Heres the trailer for that A Christmas Horror Story. Santa fighting zombie elves and a pretty badass looking Krampus..gotta be done lol. Have just done a little research and according to a couple of different websites the film will be released in american cinemas, vod and itunes all on October 2nd.

  Yeah it looks interesting Krampus (linked the trailer in the big post too), don't see many Christmas horror films, only other one I can think of off the top of my head is Rare Exports. I like some of the cast of Krampus (well two in particular), so will be checking out that one for sure.

  Thanks, as always, for the new horror movies list. Have not heard of any from your most recent list, Jesslloydfan. Will do a bit of research. One i have just been researching is that Krampus and what can i say other than, it actually looks pretty damn good. You wait who knows how long for a decent christmas horror (sorry Jesslloydfan, wanted to like Rare Exports but didnt think it was all that) and then two come along at once. Result (and it features Bertha from Two and a Half Men, although i suspect she wont be a fillthy / sircastic in this..which is a shame as loved her in the show). Its beginning to look a lot like..a horror christmas.

  Yeah that's two Christmas themed horror themes in a year, there's barely any and two come at once. I liked rare exports, complete insanity but was different. Yeah I can't imagine the actress that previously played Berta will be quite the same in Krampus, probably a bit more serious.

  It was looking as though i was gonna have to choose between seeing either a christmas horror story or Krampus and then i remembered, A christmas horror story is meant to be available for home release and cinema release on the same day. That's that sorted then. Horror story at home, Krampus at the cinema. Not a horror film, but its just a pity that Bad Santa 2 isnt out this christmas as well. Not a horror but just as dark, that would have been an epic line up of unconventional xmas films.

  Thanks for the additional horror movie info, Jesslloydfan. I have just downloaded that A Christmas Horror Story. Theres no way im waiting until december to watch it though. Will give it a look see and post a review after.

  Have not gotten around to watching A Christmas Horror story just yet, Jesslloydfan, and that probably wont happen now until tomorrow as im out on the piss tonight. Have just downloaded another horror called simply 'Last Shift'. Mostly positive reviews with a comparrison to Assault on precinct 13 with a supernatural horror spin put on it. Sounds promising, will review once viewed.

  Will probably post some more later if I see any, like to find out when new horror films come out. I like horror films but find a lot of them disappointing so hopefully some upcoming films will actually be good.
  I know one of the films I've mentioned in a previous post is on Netflix now, for anyone else who has it, called 'pernicious'. The fact that it bypassed cinema and went straight to Netflix probably isn't a good sign though.
