Firecall?

Tempted by the bank holiday offer and seeing the reference to Firecall on the account tab, I dived all in to top up credits.
However, I quickly discovered that I couldn't call by PC. I don't have a burner phone to play with for this purpose and PC is the best way to go for discretion in my house. Is there a hidden option to call by PC? Otherwise, is it possible to get a credits refund please? Gutted to miss out on calling the babes, but the credits aren't going to spend themselves!
