  Which probably or almost definately won`t get one.
  
  For me it would have to be The Punisher(2004 version) that was a great film which had an excellent set up for a follow on, which never happened and now unfortunately never will,
  and The Losers i thought that was a very good and entertaining action movie and would of enjoyed seeing more films based around the characters but that is probably never gonna happen either.

  I thought that the end of the Incredibles left it open for a sequel, but it's been about 7 years since it came out so I guess that's not in the pipeline anytime soon. I loved the first one and was excited by the prospect of a second film.

  Yeah The Incredibles had the obvious set up for a sequel at the end, which strangely never happened despite the fact that the film made alot of money which usually means they're planning one right after, although i did hear recently the director of the incredibles said he would like to make another.

  the inbetweeners film the sequel would be hilarious but i wonder how they could do another lads on holiday well i guess the hangover did it.

  Well getting funding for a sequel to the inbetweeners film wouldn`t be a problem at all as it made alot of money, the main problem with that would be if the writers and cast would want to do another, i don`t think they would just do it for the sake of it.

  I love the inbetweeners but I hope they don't make another film. The show was great and the film was really good but another film might just be pushing it too far. Better to leave it on a good note....

  ok so i saw The punisher yesterday and actually yea it was not a bad movie, pretty decent to watch once, but yea they won't be making a sequel to that now, i don't think it was big enough anyway. But really though what would he be doing in the sequel - just being a superhero? I mean he's just a normal guy, he almost got killed taking down that one place lol. but yea the main reason is just that it's been too long and not popular enough...

  They could easily have continued if they'd had the chance, it did actually almost get a sequel but fell apart during production and they ended up starting again with warzone instead which totally bombed in cinemas, apparently marvel want to make a tv series now they have the rights back, basically never gonna be a sequal.

  I liked the first Punisher movie, and would have liked for them to have followed it up, but if that's true about them wanting to make a TV series then even better! I seem to enjoy good TV series way more than movies these days.
  
  Back to the original question, I can't really think of any off the top of my head though... sequels tend to pretty much suck.

  Some sequals are good, it depends almost entirely on whether it's a film that really needs a sequal, an example of a film that never needed a sequal was the hangover, now i've not seen the 2nd one and i do want to watch it because i liked the first, but it never needed a sequal at all.
