  yes on both counts, the other thing you'd need to do is make sure there was as wide a range of footwear etc... available as well as that also makes a big difference

  see this is my point, there's such diversity of what people like when it comes to foot fetish that they would need to make sure they had all types of shoes, stockings, tights etc... available and would be willing to change.
