  Yeah i like this show too, I'm up to series four and it has got better as it's gone on. It's not amazing but it's a good show compared to sum of the terrible comedies that are on.

  I've heard nothing but good things about this show from everyone I know that's watched it. I felt left out of a lot of the referential humour to do with the show, so I decided to watch it so I could get all the 'Day-Man' & 'Boy's Hole' jokes.

  Im in a bit of a comedy drought at the moment. Most of my fave comedy shows have finished or are on a long term break (Mrs Browns Boys for example....love the show, the movie not so much). Used to love Two and a half men when Charlie Sheen was in it. Since he left it has been utter s**t. I do still watch it in the hope that it will improve...still waiting though. My fave comedy shows include Frasier, Gimme Gimme Gimme, The inbetweeners (UK), Celebrity Juice. I find never mind the buzzcocks very funny as well (if that counts).

  For me it's got to be 'Still Game'. Made a comeback this year with a live show and talk of coming back with a seventh series. There's a documentary on BBC iPlayer at the moment with the best clips - look out for 'pot o pish' or search for it on YouTube!

  As much of a fan as i am of Mrs Browns Boys, did anyone else feel a little underwhelmed by the christmas and new year episodes? The New year one in my opinion was far superior to the christmas one. That tree was particually annoying (mind you, i may be a little biast as i used to own one of those douglas firs, same kind of thing, that used to get on my tits as well haha).

  Gotta agree with xxxdave about still game, hands down the funniest show over the last 15 years, For American comedy shows my personal favourite is Seinfeld 9 series of genuine laugh out loud moments.
