Unfortunately those sort of players seldom get a chance in the game these days as at youth level physical size, strength and speed are more important than sheer footballing ability. Lineker, Shearer, Fowler, Owen, Wright... We've had some good penalty box forwards in recent years, but seems to be a dying art. There's no one in the current England set up that I'd back to bury a half chance that falls to them in the box.
