  Is it just me or is this Tom Cruise playing the same role he has played many times before?
  You pretty much predict the ending from the trailer, Tom becomes awesome soldier, saves everybody (just because he's Tom cruise) and then the obvious happy romance at the end.

  Well i did dare speak of him in that fashion! And i would do it again, and possibly even a third time. Anymore times than that would just be excessive though clearly.

  I saw Edge of Tomorrow a couple of days ago. Well, most of it anyways in and around dozing off and walking away from the film. I typically enjoy Tom cruise films but he seems to have been on a bit of a downward spiral of late. In all fairness i dont blame him for putting me to sleep during this film...i blame the film itself. Dull as dishwater, dodgy effects, shocking dialogue and the whole repetition thing was ok initially but after a while i just pissed me off. Wound up leaving the room to do housework instead.

  That's not good! This was and probably still is my post Sunday football movie, I'm not a huge sci-fi fan but the initial reviews and trailer looked alright.

  I watched it and i was seriously entertained. Tom Cruise fucking hilarious. Great comedic moments and pretty decent action. And you gotta love the whole "reset" plot.

  It's a fantastic film. It's going the same way as Alan Wake unfortunately (fantastic game/film but hardly anyone has played it/seen it) which is a real shame. I'd recommend it to anyone
