What do you when credits are taken upfront for a show but then the show doesn't load?
This happened twice to me with Tara T and I'm down circa 800 credits .

Please advise, I have emailed support@rampant.tv on three occasions and have been ignored each time.

Support can take up to 72 hours to reply and there may have been a delay owing to the bank holiday weekend. I'll pass this on and we will get it sorted for you. I'll reply here when all is good, apologies for the inconvenience.

I understand the delay, however, this dates back to the 10th April at approximately 18.00.
