Dude stuck with permanent hard-on after nose job goes wrong

A dude from Croatia was left with a three-month lob on after a botched nose job left him with priapism, an unwanted, long-lasting erection which comes with zero sexual desire. Yikes, that sounds horrific tbf.

Neven Ciganovic always dreamt of turning himself into a male Bratz doll who are well known for their tiny noses, high cheeks and big lips. As he was hurtling towards 50 he figured it was now or never so he underwent a series of operations that ultimately left him looking like some creepy cartoon villain. I mean he doesn’t look 50 so I guess the surgery has helped him a bit?!

After Ciganovic recently had a nose job to fix a deviated septum (yeah right, that’s what they all say), he woke up with priapism, which he re reckons was caused by a mix of a weird supplement he was taking for his sex drive coupled with the anaesthesia. The poor guy then had to go under the knife another three times just to get the problem sorted. Here’s what Ciganovic had to say about it:

I had three surgeries on my penis, and after the third one, my willy started to go down. It was a really painful experience, but I survived with my head up high.

Doctors don’t have any real theories as to why this happened to me… but a few months ago, I was cleaning my closet and I found some food supplements that I had been taking at the time… and I read on the box… that it can help boost a man’s sex drive, but at the time I didn’t know that this could happen to me, I just used it to help at the gym.

Ciganovic says that although he was pretty depressed for a few months after his erection problem was fixed, he’s now feeling better than ever because he can now majoring a hard-on for longer than most guys. Silver linings eh dude?!
