Dude rents flat with kitchen and toilet in the same room!!!

We all know the rental situation in big cities is out of control. My obsession with rightmove means I'm constantly seeing places no bigger than a shoebox up for rent in London for upwards of £1000. It's extortionate, which is one of the reasons why I left London in favour of the countryside.



Just when I thought that landlords couldn't get anymore ridiculous and greedy, they go and do something like this. A place in St Louis of all place recently went up for rent and it wasn't the tiny floorplan that shocked people - it was the fact that the bathroom and kitchen were in the same room! So you can be taking a dump whilst cooking an omlette. Although convenient, it's not very sanitary, and shouldn't really be allowed. The 200 square foot flat is on for £410 which is quite a lot considering you have to eat where you piss, but it's in a decent location apparently so you get what you pay for. It's not for me.

Certainly Crime Does Not Just Exist In The Proverbial " Fabric " Of The City, It Now Comes To Live With You Courtesy Of A Greedy Landlord.
It's An Absolute Fact That A Crime Has Been Commited Here, Against The " Decency Law."

Looks Like The Inner City - Proverbial - " Beach Front Property " To One Of The 'Highest Crime' Cities In The USA Just Took A Nose Dive.
I For One Wouldn't Visit St Louis Let Alone Live There And That Includes The Whole Of USA For That Matter.

It's pretty grotesque that they are allowed to get away with it, but as long as there are people willing to rent these tiny places, they'll continue to churn them out. I'm wondering what places will be like in 10 years time?! They can't get any smaller surely? Or maybe we'll all be living in capsules like this
