I can't get enough of Dr Pimple Popper AKA Sandra Lee's horrific yet satisfying videos. This time she is asked to remove a fucking massive skin tag that resembles a swinging ballsack. Gross!

Ah, at 3.36..theres the pay off. For christs sake doc, stop playing with it would ya, it not a bleeding toy lol. Has hgotta be said though " start the reactor ". Sorry, thought this was total recall (the thing is bloody large enough). Dont even get me started on the amount of times the doc stuck that needle in. Guessing she enjoys her job.
