A dirty doctor who was caught dipping his bare bollocks onto an unconscious patients face has NOT been charged. Um what????

The doctor who worked at the Peruvian American Clinic in Trujillo didn't even get a warning from his bosses. The hospital bosses have apologised for the incident but not actually fired the dirty perv who caused it. Fucking mental!



It's nuts (see what I did there?) to think that this guy is still allowed to treat people. Remind me to never seek hospital treatment in Peru!
