DID NOT EVEN KNOW THE BMW 1600 GT EXISTED

It was originally developed by a German car maker called Glas, who were bought out by BMW in the mid 60s after running in to financial problems.

BMW put their 1.6 litre engine in, redesigned the grille and rebadged it. Only made 1,255 of them though so it's pretty rare.

Pretty awesome too.
