Hi,
I just paid for 50 pounds for 500 credits the money was taken out of my account but no credits were given, i now just topped up another 100 and this was given, however what do i do now???? please help me get this sorted, because i just checked my billing history and its not even showing up on there but the money has been taken from my bank account??? Thank you for your help.
