Right, this is all a bit confusing - In this video a fat lady in a gown is screaming at a guy in a hairdressers who simply want's a refund for a bad haircut. Bear in mind that the woman screaming is in no way connected to the salon, she is NOT an employee. She is just a mental bitch who just so happens to be having her hair done and took it upon herself to get offended on behalf of the salon.

It all gets a bit out of hand. Bitch be trippin!
