Just called maisey, but the call just went silent after a few seconds. i pressed # then pressed 1 to reconnect but just cut out again after a few seconds then i just couldnt get anywhere. Used 60 of my credits on nothing :/

It did it again today aswell when calling daisy at around 13.15. Just a blank call. press # returns me to the menu, press 1 to reconnect then just blank.

my account has been blocked and tickets are no good. for some reason, they keep on closing the ticketing without replaying. please i just want know and get it sort out
