Still a fair way to go plus we can go 8 points clear with a win against Man City on the 31st then that would be the day that significantly stands out. Still though I remember when City pulled back an 8 point deficit in 2012 nothing is won in January.

The only positive I can take out of this is that both Spurs and Man city got knocked out as well. So this now means the competition is wide open good luck to the other teams they're going to need it!

Diego Costa's alleged stamps during Chelsea's Capital One Cup semi-final win over Liverpool were "absolutely accidental", says boss Jose Mourinho.
Costa trod on Emre Can and Martin Skrtel in a second-leg tie that saw the Londoners progress after extra time.
The Football Association is waiting on referee Michael Oliver's report before deciding on whether to take any action.
