  Hi, I upgraded to VIP earlier but after the payment screen I just got a spinning circle on a black background saying "please wait"
  The payment left my account but i've not had the points added or the VIP status added.
  I've raised a trouble ticket but had no response

  Ive had exactly the same issue mate and apparantly the CS team only work Mon-Fri which is completely pointless when you have VIP shows on a weekend! Ill now miss what i wanted to watch so they can just refund the damn money|!
