Arsenal v Marseille
It’s not that Marseille are a bad side, it’s just that they’ve had a bitch of a group to contend with, and after 4 games they’re rooted to the bottom with 0 points. Despite losing every game, their goal difference is only -6, so while I’m fully expecting Arsenal get the win here, I can’t see the French meekly surrendering. Arsenal to win by 1 goal at 3/1 could be worth a go, under 2.5 match goals too, but that could probably do with being a touch longer than 23/20. As always it has to be Ramsey to score first, and the odds on that are 6/1.
Prediction: 1-0 (13/2)
Basel v Chelsea
It didn’t quite go to plan for the Blues when these two met at Stamford Bridge, but despite that shock result Chelsea are still comfortable 3/4 favourites for this one. Basel at 4/1 might be worth a go if you’re feeling adventurous, I wouldn’t go that far but I do like the look of the draw at 5/2. Basel DNB at 23/10 too. Or how about BTTS and Chelsea to win at 27/10? Plenty to mull over but I’m steering clear of the scorer markets, too many threats…
Prediction: 1-1 (6/1)

Dortmund may have had a shocker the other day but I expect them to beat Napoli and I fancy Steaua to come away with a point if not steal the win, so I'm laying Napoli and having Steaua with a +0.5 Asian Handicap. -

Didn't go brilliantly yesterday, but tonight's games look far easier to call (famous last words).
Bayer Leverkusen v Man Utd
Ouch. Despite beating Leverkusen at Old Trafford and sitting above them in Group A, United are still 19/10 outsiders for the win tonight. Have things really gotten that bad? Leverkusen are 11/8 but lets face it, we all know it’s going to be a draw, and you can have that at 12/5. The Man Utd and draw double chance at 1.57 is my pick. Looks like van Persie’s out so it’ll have to be Rooney to score first, and 8/1 seems pretty generous. He’s 15/8 to score at any time too. Worth a go.
Prediction: 1-1 (6/1)
Man City v Plzen
Poor old Plzen. City have scored 18 goals in their last 3 home games and they could easily add another 5 or 6 tonight. 6+ goals for the home side is as short as 6/1! The only note of caution to go with that line of thought is the fact that City have already qualified for the knockout stages and are unlikely to catch Bayern and go through as winners. If they haven’t got much to play for, they might decide to give the likes of Negredo, Aguero and Toure a rest. Still, whoever plays, they’ll be more than comfortable. Over 5.5 match goals at 19/4 looks a goer.

Man City with a -2.25 Asian Handicap at just over evens should be a sure thing, if there was ever one??? The Utd match is too risky, even though it all points to a draw it's the kind of match that I'll be avoiding but with a 13/10-12/5-12/5 W-D-W odds stack, it certainly looks worth a punt if you're so inclined. -
