  i contact a mod on here about cancelling, and he said he had cancelled it for me.
  
  but i have just been rebilled for another week can any one help me out with this please or do i have to phone up the bank and cancel payments to sexstation.

  Have had to cancel that card to stop the payments not happy that i have been charged another £10 this month when I asked it to be cancelled before the renew date.
  
  Can a mod/admin now delete my account.
  
  
  Ps is there a customer care line which i can phone.?

  you have to send them an email with your account username for them to cancel your account, i did the same thing and within an hour my account had been disabled and i didnt get rebilled at all

  Have done that he said it was cancelled but still got charged for this month.

  Cancellation via email worked just fine for me. If I was you I'd cancel the payments through the bank to be absolutely sure just in case. Sorry guys, but you never know....

  How comes you guys cancelled your VIP? Was it worth it? I've been contemplating whether i should go ahead and sign up to it. What do you guys think?

  I would NEVER sign up to VIP. I said all along that I was VERY wary of the recurring charge. Some said "oh no, don't worry, you can always cancel it". It seems that I was right. (I worked in the banking industry for over 30 years, so I think I know more than these Rampant TV guys!!!!!)

  Thanks for that. Yeah, the recurring charge is something that worries me. Once they've got your money, they've pretty much got you by the balls.
  Also, working in the banking industry for 30 years?!
  Jesus oilman, how old are you?! Lol.

  I would say yes if you have a job and you no you can make the payments each month i only cancelled as i was in debt that month at money did not come tru any way have had a refund and i'm no longer a vip so its all sorted

  Hello,
  This was a problem on my end, I completely forgot to disable Tony's rebilling, and apologized and refunded him immediately once this had came to light.
  I'm not sure how your 30 years banking experience helps you determine the legitimacy of RampantTV, but you may ask all other former VIPs regarding their rebilling cancellation and I assure you they will all confirm that we were swift and not one other person has been charged against there wish.
  
  Please do not let this incident put you off purchasing VIP. Anyone that wants their subscription cancelled will have their subscription cancelled swiftly.
  
  Once again, I apologise Tony, this was my own human error entirely.
