nah i just thought wembley because of bisping, but i guess it's not one of those "british" cards it's just the one guy.
yea the next ufc event looks better, but we'll see. it'll be two of the fastest guys in mma for sure

Well that was pretty decisive. In fairness to Bisping I think he's a decent fighter, but he's just not at the top level. He's more in the middle group in the division. If Belfort could do that to him, you'd imagine Silvia would have no problems doing the same.

silva was watching that fight thinking "please bisping win, this'll be such an easy payday", but alas, not to be. bisping has v. good cardio, but nothing else about him is outstanding, it's just "good", nothing more. he's been around a long time but you can't give title shots on sentiment and he doesn't deserve one on merit
how about that khabib guy though?? that was a nice performance, can't wait to see him again

You'd have to wonder whats in for Bisping to continue. I can't see him ever getting a title shot (I don't think he deserves one ether). Will he be a guy that they use to test out other possible contenders.
It was the first time I saw Khabib, he was very impressive. He'll need to step up in oppositi0n but looks dangerous.
Apart from him and Belfort there were'nt really any other impressive performances.
I though it was very funny when Belfort had a go at Sonnen in very broken English after this fight. Not the best bit of trash talking ever:D

lol belfort is just funny generally. a very talented guy who missed his window to develop his skills further earlier in his career and now he's not the fighter he could have been by this time.
i imagine bisping will continue to just be a gatekeeper, what else is there for him to do. he's not like rampage who will try to do movies etc. he'll just have to keep getting some wins and taking a few beatings, but just not for the big money at the hands of silva...

I have'nt seen any of the season so far but had seen that knockout just by chance. It made some sound when it connected. One of the best knockouts I've seen for a while.

Anyone see the David Price fight. A strange knockout, did'nt seem to be a lot of power in the punch. Is it proof that Price has no chin (which was the rumour when he was an amateur) or was it one of those punches that caught him in a vunerable spot.
