  England have stabilised after that disastrous spell earlier on and go in with Trott on 31 and Bell 18.
  
  They'll need to dig in and put a good partnership together. And another MOM performance from Jimmy wouldn't go amiss either Russy.

  Just a bit premature there lol... 80 for 3 from 26 overs.
  
  A nice century from both Trott and Bell would be fine and dandy now (last time I wrote that 3 wickets fell !!).
  
  Both teams should feel happy going into Lunch, the Aussies, well what a dream start, another quick wicket after the break, sees them in front again, perhaps some more bouncers at Trott will be the suggestion!
  
  Perhaps Briss ought to go into the English dressing room and give them a stern talking to...

  Jonathan Trott reaches his half century and is currently on 53. Ian Bell is on 36 and England are 114-3, which is a lot healthier than how it was looking at one point.
  
  Looks like Briss and his inspirational words have done the trick!

  So at tea they're 183-4 with, dare I say it, Bell (62*) and Bairstow (28*) building a decent partnership.
  
  Doesn't look too bad AT THE MOMENT.

  Looking good right about now. Very shaky start but the always impressive Bell looking strong and Bairstow making the most of his lucky break. Could be in a very good position by close of play

  Bell's close to his century and yeah, it's looking decent. Let's see where we are by the close of play.
