  For what it's worth, I'm fully convinced Wenger's already signed a contract extension but the board are holding off on an announcement until such a time that the news won't be met with riots on the streets of Islington.
  
  After the draw against City, followed by victory over West Ham, they probably thought they were getting close to being able to confirm the news, and claim a corner had been turned with something resembling a straight face.

  Spot on,is he and you for real ?,we are 6th in the premiership not 6th in the Scottish league two,we are having a rough season which every team has,look at Chelsea last season,was anything said about that ? NO,,they are only top cos of no European distractions.
