Though while we're sort of on the subject, I did notice this summer that people were chatting more and more about pre-season as if it was an actual thing. Not having it. Friendlies on Sky Sports can do one as well. -

Well they hyped up this International Champions Cup, and i think who ever organised was trying to claim it was bigger than the champions league cause they could add any team they wanted. -

Great link Sir, it always helps your goal count in pre season when you play a team literally called Vikings haha. The whole way pre season is run now is so annoying, Sky ramming games down your thought left, right and centre. I have seen it filter into fans too, getting way too excited with winning some pre season trophy or mini league, none of it matters once the big dance starts -

The International Challenge Cup now taking over the majority of Pre-Season games, it means Arsenal no longer run their own preseason tournament the Emirates Cup. I didnt actually mind Sky the games, it was something to watch and it meant i didnt have to watch it on a dodgy stream if i wanted to catch a game.
Leicester City the land of Crisps has managed to keep hold of Vardy, and now Mahrez who has just signed a new deal
bet this guy feels really stupid now!

It was interesting in the game analysis what Henry said, its like players dont want to play for Arsenal as its now difficult to attract players.
As Arsenal dont wish to pay £30m for Mustafi it looks like they might miss out on this CB aswell, however the mirror has stated that Arsenal chances of signing the player have increased as Valencia need to sell in order to balance the books.

We cant attract players for one reason and one reason only its because most players dont play for the honour of playing for a club like us its because we dont pay the greedy cunts Astronomical wages,so they play for the mugs in Manchester and West london or go to Spain
and dont ask why if we are one of the top clubs in the prem why dont we pay the high wages,its because we are not mugs :P if being a top club means buying all the top players and leaving the fans out of pocket if they dont deliver im glad we,re not a top club then

Goons, you've got the third or fourth highest wage bill in the league. Ozil and Sanchez will easily be clearing £200k a week if/when they extend and Theo Walcott's on £150k a week now. Theo Walcott!
I get that you're not gonna offer the likes of Pogba £300k a week, and that's fair enough, but personal terms were agreed with Mustafi last week apparently and the deal still hasn't happened. I'm sure he's delighted with the prospect of £100k or whatever a week, living in London, playing Champions League and competing in the upper reaches of the Prem. The only reason you're still waiting is because Wenger and/or the board can't get their heads round the fact that transfer fees have increased from where they were 5 years ago.
And lastly, the 'if being a top club means buying all the top players and leaving the fans out of pocket' bit - You've got the most expensive tickets in world football mate! Outrageous comment! -
